institutional

A body of work for a portuguese design school. The platform itself, plus the centres, exhibitions, and research projects that orbit it. Some I built end-to-end; some I just keep running.

2024 → platform

esad

the institutional site for esad matosinhos. sveltekit + directus, multi-language, course catalog with filtering, embedded shop, dynamic redirect system via sveltekit hooks. migrated off vercel onto a self-hosted hetzner box, deployed via coolify. ~50 block components in a custom page builder so editors actually want to use it.

products & experiments

Things I make outside the day job. Some shipped, some are getting rebuilt, some I can't say much about.

2023 → music platform

jamroom independent release platform for musicians who don't quite fit bandcamp or streaming. originally elixir/phoenix, currently being rebuilt in go + sveltekit. private while the rebuild lands.

2024 → 25 freelance

privacy-first ai desktop tooling desktop app for organizations that handle sensitive personal data and legally can't send it to a cloud. local entity recognition, encrypted local store, human-in-the-loop on every model output. that's all I can say.

2024 freelance

netzwerk bindung content platform + member directory for a swiss professional network around attachment theory. sveltekit + directus.

2024 site

budda guedes business hub for a portuguese blues guitarist. tour dates, lessons, a small store. front-end build to a brief — design by jbwizard.

2025 experiment

threlte tab visualizer guitar tab as an orbitable 3d fretboard. notes ride a timeline as glowing markers. an excuse to learn threlte, mostly.

What I do when I'm not at a keyboard. Or am, but for different reasons.

2026 music

album in progress nine tracks, classic rock leanings, tape hiss intentional. guitar, keys, the occasional borrowed wurlitzer. autumn release, probably.

ongoing generative

p5 sketches flow fields, weaving systems, halftones on paper. mostly when the screen feels too clean.

sim racing laps in algarve. a coping mechanism dressed up as a hobby.

dotfiles kept under version control like everything else. small flex, nothing more.
